How to Create & Manage Email Accounts in cPanel
Beginner-friendly guide to creating, configuring, and managing email mailboxes in cPanel.

Create a New Email Account
- Log in to the new cPanel.
- Go to Email → Email Accounts.
- Click Create.
- Enter the email address and select the domain.
- Create a strong password.
- Set a mailbox quota (or choose unlimited).
- Click Create.
Note: Mail delivery only works if the domain’s MX records point to this server.
Access Webmail
- Go to Email → Email Accounts.
- Click Check Email on the mailbox.
- Select Roundcube (recommended).

Email Settings & Client Configuration
In Email Accounts click Connect Devices to view automatic and manual settings.

Replace mail.example.com with your actual server hostname.
